Gonna try to be short! - I feel it's like a 10% chance to actually see an Iron Banner item drop as a reward at the end of a match, unacceptable. It legit needs to be a minimum of 50% with your current system in place. - When turning in tokens, we should be able to target weapons or armor, whichever we want. - When turning in tokens, class items should NEVER drop. We're turning in tokens for god-roll weapons and high stat armor, why the fug would we want a class item? In fact, class items should be ornaments. - The entire rewards system needs a rework and vastly needs to be more player friendly. I get that it'll probably take some time to adjust it like it was done to the Trials rewards system, but it's been literal years of your current terrible rewards system in Iron Banner and your player base deserves better. You can implement the former changes while working on a complete system overhaul. I just want to be able to farm gear without having my time completely wasted.
