Yea not sure what to do if they won’t answer my emails and there’s no customer service number so I’m stuck waiting. Yea I really hope they resolve it cause this kinda sucks

Have you tried to contact the courier/delivery company too? Might help expedite things somewhat. If its genuinely been "lost in transit" then Bungie would have to get a new one made up for you which is gonna take a hot minute... Hopefully someones just goofed and mis-shelved it or something. :/

They can’t help yet cause all the tracking says is the shipping label was made and that USPS is waiting for the item that’s it so on their end they don’t even have the item yet they’re waiting for bungie to hand it over to them

Yup, basically why I’m so frustrated about it at this point, I’ve seen people get theirs but my tracking won’t even update at all it’s annoying especially since it wasn’t a little $10-20 charge it was like $130

As soon as you print a delivery label, say eBay, or any courier etc, the tracking shows as 'label created' and only updates once the driver picks it up and scans it. It's 100% not been sent yet I've never known a store, in this decade, who sell items and shipping says 3-9 months. They outsource orders to China. The jotunn toaster is a basic model, from China, you choose your own logo, and order in bulk, but shipping takes forever. The company leaked the toaster order, after a chinese player saw the £85 cost n said he worked in the company , who sold them at around 60p each but you had to order like 3500. I remember briar rabbit ordering his kids Xmas presents from there in sept 2019, n they arrived in November 2020 lol. Slayerage waited 2 years for his world's first raid belt, and it had the wrong boss on it.

They only added the email contact in the last year or so. I forget the details but there was an issue with an expansion not working on Xbox, a lot of people couldn't load the game (like on pc this season), and Microsoft couldn't find a way to contact bungie so refunded everyone.
