Black Mold blocking Wolfship Turbine chest
After killing the Ogre on the Wolfship Turbine Lost Sector in Tangled Shore the black mold blocking the hallway to the chest does not go away and I can not complete the sector. I have done it about 15 times, I'v tried everything even tried doing the LS on my PS4 which didn't work. I had my friend do the LS and he had the same problem.
I'm wondering if anyone else has the same problem or knows what might be wrong.

Same! https://i.imgur.com/1Xvf7bf.jpg Tried twice. Tried killing the ogre quickly, and tried again slowly. Don't see any additional enemies I would need to kill in the boss room

I get the same bug, has happened each time I’ve attempted the lost sector.

1 RespuestaDrive your sparrow to the partially closed exit doors behind the chest. Wiggle it through the narrow opening and park it halfway through the mold barrier. Run through the lost sector to the entrance. Fight your way to the end as usual. Your sparrow will still be in the mold barrier. Mount your sparrow and drive through the mold to the chest.

1 RespuestaI manage to get into the room, twice. The second was to check for repeatability. The way I did it needed the sparrow to be in there too. What I did was this : 1. Rode in on the sparrow. Leave it at the half open door of the final room. 2. Go down and do the usual. 3. After killing the Ogre, go back to the half open door. 4. You will now notice that there is the hive gunk on the inside of the top half of the door. Shoot this and it will explode. 5. Next, ride the sparrow and stick the nose thru the half open door. 6. And that will open the door :-) That was how i did it.

Same. Unable to progress after killing the boss. Killing everything does not help.

That's annoying very slow reload fix it 😆 game is very buggy either it's anticheat / crossplay or the actual update or all 3

I was having the same problem, even after using super and the rocket launcher. But if you have a second person they can kill themselves next to the mold and if you revive them they will spawn on the other side and open the door with the chest for you to go around.

Same problem here. Rocket Launcher kill of Ogre didn't get me through.

+1 Same problem here. First time playing in 4 years and I hit this Day one

After about 18 tries it actually let me through. I decided to try what Weyland said worked by popping the ogre with a rocket launcher and this time it worked. I also ignored all the other enemies and speed-ran the whole thing. I can't confirm why it worked because this was my first try today and I ran it one more time like I would have normally done it, taking my time and using my super on the ogre, and it still worked.
