Cross save not working?
Trying to get my characters from ps4 over to xbox, in settings it says it's linked and all but can't choose or use my old characters..
Seems like the crossplay setup is broken or something..

At this point do not disable cross save as you will be locked out for 90 days. The next step is to verify which account you’re logging in to. On your Xbox, can you take a screen shot of the character select screen you’re seeing?

2 Respuestasyou most likely chose the wrong account as the primary account. bottom of [url=https://help.bungie.net/hc/en-us/articles/360049498031-Contact-Form-Cross-Save-Issues]this page[/url] has a submit request. ask them to swap the primary accounts. it may take a day or 2.
