As you can see it procs vorpal weapon on the boss but when fighting the brig, vorpal weapon refuses to proc on an obviously vehicle class enemy. Edit 1: Wrongfully compared damage of Biting Wind and Point of the Stag which have the same impact value but I did not know that kinetic weapons do more damage than energy.
