The Voice on the Other Side quest is not working for me.
The quest does not work for me. I have tried everything I can think of.
I have done exactly as so many YouTube Videos have explained. Arms deal/turn right/turret room/kill Cabal dude/ Hold E. The radio thing does not show up in my inventory or if it does it does not allow me to then talk to Zavala.
I have abandoned it and gone to the kiosk to reclaim it. It does not work.
I have discarded the radio thing you get and retried to grab it. It does not progress the quest.
I bought the battle pass and am level 100.
I just want to start this quest please someone help me.

I thought the radio thing was the very first thing, you couldn't even get Voice on the Other Side until you did that. So if you already have the quest, then you are past that step (which may have even been removed as a prerequisite). Voice on the Other Side's 'Step 1 of 2' tells you to "Investigate the Distress Signal", is that the step you're on? The signal you are looking for is on the Glykon. Is the 'Presage' mission icon not appearing on the Tangled Shore? That's what it's telling you to do next. It is nothing to do with the radio in the Arms Dealer strike.
