Contender Cards not completing properly
Once a platinum/contender card quest is complete, the medal is rewarded but it is still taking up space in the questlog. Even though not visible in game, it is included the the total number of quest/bounties in your inventory out of 63 max. The incomplete contender cards are visible in the companion app with only 1 of the 2 steps completed.
