So after having the same name for 6 years our clan name got banned. It is named Caballs and Bungie is telling us that it is sexual innuendo. I'd like an answer to why putting "a green ball!" into the actual game is fine but if it is a plurality of balls then it is sexual innuendo. As a minority myself I find it extremely provoking that I have to look at clan names with racial slurs frequently but this is somehow not ok. I have a few questions that I hope you have the decency to answer: In what way may I refer to one or more balls (sportsballs, meatballs etc) and in what way does the word Caballs differ from that? Is one ball ok? Since you've put that into the actual game? How is Vex offender and similar clans still around but we're not? Can we change our name to Caball? since you seem fine with it if it is just one ball. I'm posting this here since you have the terrible customer support practice to make these decisions and not give us a way to discuss or even offer an explanation other than the copied and pasted one we got when you notified us of this ridiculousness.
