Didn't receive no questions asked
I bought both the DLC and the season pass and completed the story quest/mission and still haven't received the weapon. Why?

Note that No Time To Explain was a reward for only two editions: Deluxe Edition Shadowkeep + Season Pass bundle If you purchased Shadowkeep and the SP separately, then you'd not be eligible for the bonus reward(s).

NNTE is a bonus for buying either the Beyond Light+Season Pass or the Beyond Light Digital Deluxe Edition[i] bundle packs[/i]. Buying them separately will not award the weapon pack.
