Cross save question
Hey guys I didn’t really know where to post this... So I'm trying to cross save my account from PlayStation to Xbox. It says I have to unlink from blizzard or transfer from blizzard to steam. I tried transferring to steam, but that process has been discontinued as of 12/01. So I'm trying to unlink from blizzard, but I can't find the option to unlink. That's preventing me from transferring. I like never played on blizzard and I’ve had 3 characters on PlayStation since the game released. Does anyone have any suggestions? If I have to start over on Xbox...it honestly makes me not really wanna play anymore. Thanks in advance.

Editado por toneDef Weary: 1/9/2021 10:37:57 PMFirst, are you trying to unlink while signed into the blizzard account? If so, you'd need to do so when signed in with either PS or XB. If that still isn't working, try using a different browser, or through the app, if you haven't already done so. If none of that works, I believe there is a form you can fill out to possibly have the b.net account removed, but not sure. Maybe somebody else can chime in on what to do in the event you can't remove the b.net account. Edit - I see Haraam came in with the link. Good show ol' chap!

Hello. You can head over to [b][url=https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Troubleshoot?oid=48099]this article[/url][/b] and fill out the contact form at the bottom and explain your situation. Bungie goes through these reports in order that they receive them, and only during normal business hours Pacific Time.
