Twitch prime error
So I tried to claim the twitch prime of this month 3 days ago and nothing happened, I tried retriving in another twitch account and it says that the reward has already been claimed for my Bungie account. It do not show in partner rewards screen, but the last twitch prime drop shows.
I there anything I can do? I mean, Bungie do not have a support to help me, so I was wondering if anyone have been in this situation.

3 RespuestasHello. Do you share your Amazon Prime account with anyone else? If so, do they play Destiny 2 and do they also sign up for this program? Have you tried logging in and out of the game to see if anything changes? To confirm, you've double-checked that the Gear Drop has been claimed on the Twitch Prime site? If you go into your [b][url=https://www.bungie.net/en/Profile/Settings]Bungie account Settings[/url][/b] and click "Accounts & Linking," do you see Twitch Prime at the bottom of the page under the "Authorized Applications" sections? Have you claimed your reward in your [b][url=https://www.bungie.net/7/en/Codes/Partners]Partner Rewards section[/url][/b]?
