You may need to contact your ISP. 3 - Run a test to CenturyLink in the Spokane, WA area and provide the following: - Tested DL/UL speeds - Ping/Latency - NAT type - Most importantly - Packet Loss Other things to list: - Connection type - Cable/DSL/Fibre/Satelite/(God forbid)Wi-Fi Hotspot - Wired/Wi-Fi - Modem/Router brand
