Hi, i wanted to share my first experience buying silver in Destiny 2 as it wasn't what i expected. I heard from people that had many issues with this topic, and now here i am.
I bought two bundles (500 and 2000) using the button in-game, it took me to Microsoft Store then i did all normal with my card. Surprise i only got 500, now it's been 2 days since that and i've been trying Microsoft Support and Bungie Support with no results. I have to say i tried everything they said, even delete cache from my console, also transaction says Completed for both bundles so it was not Xbox Live status problem.
Now they charged my card for the whole two bundles, and i feel robbed because these two companies that i love can't check a simple request, and just end up saying the same thing over again, even that they can't give me any refund.
If someone has experience with this, feel free to share it and we can all try to solve this issue together, i'm from LATAM and it hurts, we don't have that much money to spend.
