Bungie Ignoring Emails / Refund

I have emailed Bungie three times over the past three days trying to get a refund on Beyond Light. I have less than 3 hours played and cannot request a refund through Steam because I purchased it through Bungie. They have ignored my three emails sent and have not even sent an automated response. Kind of disappointing to see this from Bungie. The only bad experience I've ever had with the Destiny franchise, been playing since day 1 of D1. Bought all DLCs in the past. I still recommend Beyond Light, just burnt out of playing the game after this long of playing. My friends have all said the cost of the DLC is worth it, but I just want my refund. I hope some sort of Bungie representative sees this and will respond and help.
