I was eligible to claim a Prophecy Dungeon Hoodie, but I cannot get the code?
I completed Prophecy on Nov. 10th and claimed the triumph, which said I can get a sweater from Bungie Rewards. It says the deadline to get the code was Nov. 13th (tomorrow) and I was going to get it, but I cannot access the code. The "Claim Reward" button is faded. Please help?

I completed the dungeon way back in July, but all of the emails I got taking me to redeem my code don't work, from both the first and second wave of codes. I really want this hoodie and I hope Bungie doesn't leave both of us SOL. I sent a support ticket to customer service about this, I'd recommend that you do the same.
