It has now been 6 days and I am seeing multiple posts from other users regarding this issue with no messages or any updates from a Bungie representative in any way. As stated simply: This is a Bungie offer, created by Bungie, paid for by Amazon. It is a very low bar to expect support when this paid-for offer is not adequately supported. It is the very bare-minimum to offer support when a paid-for service is not rendered. Let alone requiring people to post in a public forum rather than offering direct support when things clearly do not go as planned. This thread (and others created by other users) clearly shows there is an account related issue that someone *from* Bungie needs to look at. And the fact that the support mechanism is little more than putting a message in bottle and lobbing it out to sea, hoping someone who can actually do something about it see it is frankly unbelievable. Yes, I know there are many big issues going on everywhere. But as stated above: Bungie were paid for this product/service by Amazon already. Part of the cost of that transaction is properly supporting the people that paid for it.
