Baboon Error At The Worst Times

Bungie, for the last 6 years I've dedicated tons of my time and money Destiny. I've stayed up for hours on end trying to enjoy the game the best I can even under the most unfortunate of circumstances. So to be "Baboon" error coded constantly is just so unfair. What made me actually decide to complain now is what took place during a match. About 10 minutes as I've writing this, I was on a 20 kill streak, had over 30 kills using a bow/sidearm load out while playing control with a friend. When my team was at 148 points, I received the Baboon error code and was kicked from the game for at least a second, then brought back only to find that all my progress was deleted and my stats were zero across the board. For all the money and time that I put into this game, this is UNACCEPTABLE BUNGIE. This is a MAJOR issue that needs to be fixed. This seems to be a problem for mostly Xfinity wifi users, so you should obviously look into that. I really want to love and play this game Bungie, but you have to listen to what players are actually complaining about, not just say you are.

  • Yup, same issue and I’m hardwired. Definitely a bungie side issue that I’ve been seeing an increase of people having.

  • Did you ever looked up the error code? This error comes up with to much packet loss so don't play games on wifi. The packet loss is to great with this type of wifi. You need a stable connection to play games online.
