I’m still not seeing the issue here. Nothing is clipping or rubbing the wrong way.

Editado por Con.RoXP: 10/21/2020 2:30:33 PMThe issue is that there is a gap between the helmet and torso armor parts. In the first 3 screenshots you should be able to see that gap. It's visible the most in the screenshots I took with the hallowfire heart and actium war rig equipped. There you can see how the neck doesn't reach all the way up to the helmet (or the other way around) and there's a gap in the front. In the last screenshot the wall behind me is visible through my neck.

I see it slope downwards from where it connects where the neck is but the texture changes from chest plate to chest plate so I don’t think there is anything wrong with that. Not to mention the gap space is so small it’s basically not visible unless you are specifically looking for it. If you look at it in the 3D viewer that helmet already comes with a weird extra plate that comes down from the helmet.

The helmet itself has the metal area itself and a small drop down area underneath the helmet. If you look at your character in the 3D viewer on the app it shows your helmet with the base character armor. I guarantee what you bought isn’t a visual glitch and is just apart of the helmet.

I still just see it as your guy having a skinny neck. Because of how small this visual issue is and how irrelevant the area is where you almost never see it. I don’t see it getting fixed in the near future or ever

If you take a look at the 2 new screenshots I posted at the bottom of the stack in my original posted you'll see. The sad truth however is what you said, if it hasn't been fixed by now it probably never will. Thanks for stopping by at least.
