I have noised that the ship emperors chosen does not drop for players with high clears. i am sitting at 220 completions on heroic. i have tried a lot of different rune combinations, tried running with menagerie weapons and armor and still nothing. the reason i think it is bugged is because in all the runs i have done a lot of people with 10-30 clears have gotten it i would love to be proven wrong tough is there anyone with 150+ clears that didn't have it but have gotten it afterwards? please let me know!
