Read the article, and if your issue is not resolved by the information in the article, please click the button at the bottom, fill out the form with all of the information, and submit it. Make sure you request to have your Active save data changed to the one you want, NOT that you want to disable.
After submission, please be patient, as the Bungie teams have to go through each submission (including all of those that were before yours), and they only do so during business hours, so it may take some time for you to get a result if one is needed.

I’m hoping by the end of the day I’ll have it figured ty so much I appreciate the help hopefully this works out I don’t want to quit this game
