I have pre-ordered beyond light Deluxe and I am still having issues sadly. I have the content packs downloaded and everything but still haven't seen any changes. I have checked Rahool multiple times both right after the content was downloaded, and have waited a full day to check again. But no luck, am I still missing something or is there a longer grace period I must endure before seeing any changes?
