Preorder of DLC Beyond Light not in account purchases
I know that i preordered Beyond Light. I cannot find any record of the purchase on my account ANYWHERE. The money was taken off of my card when i did the transaction and i need make sure that i figure this out BEFORE the new season arrives.
Please help me with my problem. Thank you

For future reference, you should put this in #help. You will need to contact the vendor you purchased it from, Steam I assume as you are on PC. If you do not have a receipt but the money did go out, you should be able to get the transaction details from your bank statement / online banking.
