No prime attunement buff or prime engrams dropped
I recently got back into Destiny and I'm currently a hunter light level 1006, played about 60 hours in the past 2 weeks, and have not received a single prime engram or prime attunement. I've done every event except a raid and spoke to Rahool. I don't have any of the DLC's if that matters whether or not I'm eligible. I've seen people talking about deleting characters and that bugging it out, but I only have my two characters from before any of the DLC's were out. Is this bugged or am I really missing something because I have the "Get 2 prime engrams" quest

Editado por TheHaraamPolice: 10/8/2020 2:40:03 AMHey there! You are currently 1006 LL with your artifact. Since your artifact boosts you up 8 LL’s, your base power is 998. You will need to hit the soft cap I believe to get prime engrams.
