Lost all my character progress and weapons after PC migration PS4 -> Battle.net -> Steam
Hi, I was wondering if anyone had this issue with lost gear, progress, stats and all. I made a bunch of progress on my Battle.net fully upgraded whisper and a bunch of raid/trial stats and then stopped playing for a year. I logged on 2 weeks ago into my Steam account and noticed a bunch of things were missing and I suspect this was where I left off when I transferred from PS4 to Battle.net.
I didn't know what to do and was pretty defeated but decided to slowly rebuild. Is there anyway I could get some or all things lost restored?

2 RespuestasHi there. If you had progress on your Battlenet account but then enabled Cross Save with your PlayStation account as active, that would be why you lost your progress from Battlenet. Cross Save doesn't merge anything between your accounts, so when you selected PlayStation as the Active Account, those characters and their progress are what you had access to.
