One of the disappointing aspects of nerfing is that players are reluctant to enter into a discussion here in the forums about weapons, gear and tactics. They are afraid that their favorite piece, for a particular activity, will be adopted by others and then appear on Bungie's radar as something that needs to be nerfed. I rarely see discussions here about weapon loadout suggestions for an activity, like the weekly Nightfall. It's complicated, trying to figure out what works best, but no one talks about it... We've seen all too many times in the past where a particular gun or tactic becomes widely known, then Bungie nerfs it. The result is... not many here talk about loadouts. That's too bad. It's something positive people could be talking about instead of sunsetting and SB/CBMM. Anyone know what weapons/loadout to use for this week's Nightfall?
