Xbox to PC crossplay issue

Sooo i transferred my account from xbox to pc doing crossplay, but I have some issues. On xbox I have bought all the DLC's up until the newest one coming out Beyond Light, but on Xbox it is completely normal. However, as soon as I log onto the PC account steam is telling me that I dont have any of the DLCs, and that it wants me to buy them again in order to do certain things that you have to go through the dlc in order to do in the game for example the forges. But yeah all in all none of my DLC crossplayed with me over to PC. Does anybody know how to fix this issue?

Hey there! DLC licenses do not transfer across platforms with Cross Save, as they're controlled by the platforms they're purchased on. This is stated in the Cross Save FAQ.
Do my previous game purchases transfer across platforms? Destiny 2 expansions (ex: Forsaken, Shadowkeep) do not transfer between platforms with Cross Save. Destiny 2 Season Passes (ex: Season of the Undying) do move between platforms on the characters they were redeemed on.
Curse of Osiris and Warmind are free for all players. You just need to buy paid expansions such as Forsaken, Shadowkeep, and Beyond Light.
