Hi. Do you share your Amazon Prime account with anyone else? If so, do they play Destiny 2 and do they also sign up for this program? Have you tried logging in and out of the game to see if anything changes? To confirm, you've double-checked that the Gear Drop has been claimed on the Twitch Prime site and that you have an active Amazon Prime account? If you go into your Bungie account Settings and click "Accounts & Linking," do you see Twitch Prime at the bottom of the page under the "Authorized Applications" sections? Have you claimed your reward in your Partner Rewards section?

 • Hi! Nope, the Amazon Prime account is only linked to my Twitch/Bungie account. I've been on and off Destiny 2 all day, and nothing seems to have changed (does it matter what character I claim the reward on? I've only been on one of my characters). Twitch Prime is authorized under my Bungie account settings, and the Partner Rewards section still says "No results found". I've claimed the reward on Twitch. This issue is also occurring with the "Powerful Engram" reward on the Bungie website. I claimed this reward (it says reward applied), however it does not appear in the postmaster of any of my characters. It might be worth noting that my account is cross-saved from Xbox to Blizzard (then to Steam), but everything has been completely transferred to Steam and I no longer play on Xbox at all. Please let me know if there is any other info I can provide! Thanks :)

 • It sounds like something occurred between your connection between Twitch Prime. This could have occurred for several reasons, such as someone else claiming the content, not having Amazon Prime, connecting to the wrong Bungie.net account, not connecting Destiny 2 to your Bungie.net account before claiming the rewards, or something else occurring. Unfortunately, Twitch Prime rewards can only be claimed one time - if you don't see them in your Partner Rewards, you may want to re-link your accounts together then wait until next month to claim that Gear Drop then see if they appear in Amanda Holliday's inventory in the Tower Hangar.
