It's buggy but they don't care. Plus they wanted a seasonal focus on those bounty ( aka the Taken, NOT the fallen) so why fallen is still here ? They just didn't care about patching this. Plus they don't discuss about this in Reddit or here , only a thing on Twitter and that's it ( I don't use Twitter) . The information is completely hide for tons of people.
