Unfurl the banners quest broken
Ive reached fabled 2 and the quest is still only tracking 2/3 valor ranks achieved. In multiple spots in my triumphs section it shows that Ive gotten 3 valor ranks. Idk if the quest is broken or what.

Hi. Thanks for your report. Some players have reported that this quest doesn't complete on "Fabled" but does once "Mythic" is reached. We're currently investigating this issue.

Same here! Friggin got Fabled already and still stuck on 2/3 geeeeez Bungie! But I bet if it was the other way around it would have been fixed immediately! Smh
