Blub crashes into the ground nearby, creating a cloud of dust. Once he gets to his feet he brightens himself to where his body can barely be made out.
“[b]YOU MUST BE ERROL! I DON’T THINK I LIKE YOU![/b]”

[spoiler]Apologies for the late reply! Real life does like to throw unexpected things at you.[/spoiler] Both Errol and Skye recoil away in surprise. Errol raises a hand to shield his face from the light. “By the isle!” He exclaimed. “What are you?!” Skye squints, and while she can barely see his form, she recognizes his voice. “Blub?”

[spoiler]Don’t worry about it. Real life is much more important![/spoiler] Blub dims himself and walks closer to Errol. “Yes, hello Skye! Errol, why are you trying to kill her!? Can’t you just talk it out over a bowl of cheese doodles or something!?”

Errol furrows his brow. “What are... ‘cheese doodles’?” He suddenly shakes his head as though to refocus himself. “We’ve done enough talking. And if you don’t want to risk ending up like her, I suggest you get moving .”

“Get moving? I already got moving, that’s how I wound up here!” Blub aggressively points at Errol. “I think you need to get your head checked!”

Errol looks at Blub up and down, then aims his pistol at Blub. “I hate this place,” he grumbles. “I mean you should go back the way you came, blob!”

“Sorry, I don’t feel like it!” Blub takes in a deep breath and screams at Errol, attempting to knock him over with the force of sound.

Errol is flung onto the ground. The force was so unexpected that his concentration is broken, and the Atoms loosen their hold on Skye. She covers her ears at the sound, but takes advantage of the moment and scrambles away. Errol recovers and attempts to shoot at Blub with his gun.

“[b]SORRY BUDDY, BUT THAT’S NOT GONNA DO ANYTHING![/b]” Blub summons Denial to block the shot, but a sudden electrical shock staggers him and weakens the shield. It will not be able to completely stop the shot. “[b]NEVERMIND! MAYBE IT WILL DO SOMETHING![/b]”

[spoiler]You’ll have to help me out here, I don’t know what a bullet would do to Blub lol.[/spoiler] The bullet smashes through the shield, though it loses a good portion of its momentum. Errol looks with interest at the shield. “Fascinating,” he whispers. “I see no technology on you to do that.”

The bullet was slowed, but still fast enough to lodge itself in Blubs left arm. He lets out a pained scream once it hits. “Yeah, denial is great, but it’s even greater when you’re entire body hasn’t been SABOTAGED BY AN ELECTRIFIED MANNEQUIN!!!! By the way, you’re a good shot, but I can’t allow you to shoot me again!” Blub digs his right arm into the ground and tosses up a bunch of dirt and rocks at Errol.

Before Errol could react, the combination of dirt and rocks smack into his face, disorienting him. He spits out a mouthful of soil, and tries to wipe his eyes clean with his sleeve. “Agh! You... I didn’t see that coming...”

Blub sees a possible opportunity and tries to rip Errols gun from his hand.

Blub successfully grabs a hold of the pistol, but Errol refuses to let go so easily. Instead, having cleared most of his vision, he attempts using his other hand to give him a punch.

Errol successfully punches Blub in the throat and sends him stumbling back, but Blub makes sure to keep the gun aimed at him. “You’re a good punch too! I don’t want to kill you but if you move I’ll shoot!”

Errol frowns at Blub, almost like an elder disappointed in a child. “You don’t look like you know how to use that.” He steps forward. “Give it [i]back.[/i]” As this happens, Skye watches worriedly, unsure of how this would play out.

“Of course I know how to use a gun... I’ve.... just never used one before.” Blub is unsure if Errol is playing a trick on him, so instead of pulling the trigger, he tosses it to the ground next to Skye.

Skye quickly snatches it before Errol lay a finger on it. While her skill lies primarily in the longbow and dual wielding daggers, she still knows enough to make a decent shot. She aimed it at Errol threateningly, though he quickly calls upon his Atoms. The swarm splits into two groups. One wraps itself around Skye’s hands and jerks to point the pistol upwards, causing the shot fired to cut through the sky. The other crashes into Blub.

Blub tries screaming hoping that it will push the swarm away, and repeatedly jumps and slams his own body into the ground. He uses enough force to shake the ground and create a small crater. “[b]YOU [i]REALLY[/i] CAN’T TALK ABOUT THIS OVER CHEESE DOODLES!?[/b] [spoiler]I probably won’t respond after this because I need to get some sleep, so I guess just respond to this and we can continue tomorrow (technically today)!:)[/spoiler]

The sound blows the Atoms back, though only temporarily. Half of the beads still holding on to Skye’s hands, the other half launches again. Errol winces at Blub’s scream. “Even if I knew what ‘cheese doodles’ were, there’s been enough talking already. I’ve had enough of it!” [spoiler]All good! I should hit the sack, too. Have a good night![/spoiler]

“You know what? [b]IVE HAD ENOUGH OF IT TOO!!!![/b]” Blub brightens up again to a very light green. He tries his best to push through the atoms as he charges at Errol.

Errol squints against the light, and gives a grunt as he tries to get his Atoms to push through Blub, though he begins to doubt they will hold. His other hand is still extended towards Skye to keep her from using his pistol.

Blubs breathing becomes heavy as he struggles to push through, but he knows that he will only die sooner if he stops. With the small amount of energy he has left, he uses the full force of his body to boost himself forward in attempt to get on top of Errol.

The Atoms don’t hold against Blub’s strength, and the form they had made splits into two to allow him to freely land on Errol. The man, unable to respond in time, Errol is forced to the ground.

Blub stays right on top of Errol, hoping that 300 pounds is enough to keep him down.

The weight knocks the wind out of Errol. He gasps, and all of his Atoms drop to the ground lifelessly. He tries to push Blub off, though his strength is useless in that situation. “I never... thought I’d be... squished by a bag of... what are you?”
