Can't Finish
I have 100% kills, 10/10 victories, and somehow only 2/3 Valor Ranks despite the fact that I started at zero and want through to Fabled I and only 2 ranks were counted though Fabled is the fourth Valor Rank. Am I missing something here? How do you complete this quest? (image is not my actual quest progress)
