Iron banner artifact glitch
So from what I read the artifact is disabled in the iron banner?....right? So why am I facing people with the artifact still enabled and their light being 1015+

1 RespuestaBecause there's a bug that at times kicks in that makes it so that the artifact power is not disabled.
