Watercress and guardian games
So... I've had watercress for about a month now, I've tried to be patient with it and understanding but now it's interfering with a LIMITED time event that includes a LIMITED time exotic weapon, which won't be available after the event and even if it does become available in Engrams like the arbalest how long would we even have to wait for that and how if it fair that we'd have to get it based on luck instead of a guaranteed chance like everyone else who is able to take part of the event and not to mention the ghost shells which are honestly some of the best looking ghosts in the game. So, my question is, are the people who have been affected by this going to get any type of compensation for this or are we just going to be forgot about moving foward until this is fixed

Two days ago in an act of desperation to fix this watercress error, I configured the multiplatform in the wrong way and to undo I had to wait 68 days but I appealed to Bungie and was attended to shortly after, but I don't understand how such a mistake has been around for so long. tormenting us and Bungie doesn’t solve or give us a satisfaction, this is difficult to understand.

1 RespuestaEvery single day I take a picture with a timestamp reminding everyone and xbox support this going on but I also remind netease whom gave bungie 100 million dollars for destiny support. I'm thinking about small claims court and serving bungie via twitter. I could at least get my money back in a very public way.

I have been having the same issue for the past month. Missing out on trials. Missing out on seasonal events. Missing out on IB. Its pretty ridiculous how long its been goin on for not just me but to others that have had this issue for longer. Bungie is aware but still not addressed. Doubt ill be doing any more business with Bungie in the near future.

11 RespuestasThe numbers arent that great for them to shut down and configure. They would make even more people upset, so in their eyes what's the greater risk. If the numbers were higher of those getting the watercress or even big name streamers then they would have to find a answer to appease. But it's not so I gamble and say there wont be a fix till the end of the season or next dlc. At which point I'll be long gone.

You think Im kidding watch lol. Been almost 7 weeks since it was first reported. They don't care to hear from you they already got your money. They spent their time on the guardian games and trials rather than us who can't even get on the game. Shows you what kind of company you are dealing with. please tell me you aren't stupid enough to buy anything else from bungie!!!!!

Nearly a month now. I'm sick of the lack of work. I understand there's a pandemic, I also understand thay are the only ones with this much trouble. Wouldn't care if I had not invested so much time and MONEY but I have. Going for the forth week locked out of destiny with watercress
