Banned for unknow reason

Hello, I was banned from Destiny 2 on the 10/4/2020. I was farming for a spare rations for around 3-5 hours. Various teams. Logged off after some time, took a short break and decided to log on to Xbox (had been playing pc) attempted to login and was met with a message saying I was banned and directing me to the bungie.net/ban page. I have since submitted a ticket as I would at least like to know what I was banned for. I have found that Easy Anti Cheat (As I sadly play Fortnite) stops Avast Anti Virus from doing something ( I saw it once in a popup when launching the game) I’m not entirely sure if the program “Timer Resolution” or “Quick CPU” have anything to do with my ban. However, I have played Destiny since year 1 on the same account and recently bought Shadowkeep and the season pass. As I previously mentioned it would be greatly appreciated if I could at least be told what I was banned for and would be great if I could be unbanned all that I have something good to play once again during this boring quarantine. Thanks for reading, I wish all the best & stay safe. • Bans are generally due to having a program running at the same time as Destiny that shouldn't be. These can be, but are not limited to: trainers/aimbots/cheats/debuggers. Any software used for programming even if it is used for school/work. The previously listed do not need to be intended for Destiny, just having them running at the same time is a big no-no. Some viruses can cause issue. Playing in a premade team with those that are cheating is a no-no. Manipulating network traffic to gain an advantage is a no-no. You can attempt to appeal by following the link below, but I would not get your hopes up, as the initial flag is checked by Bungie SRT staff prior to a ban being placed.
