Titans need more utility Please
You Can call them "Spark Steps" they allow you to doge in the air (like Twighlight Garrison) BUT you can Also skid and activate on the ground. However shoulder charge(s) cannot be activated with them on. 4 second cooldown for 2 bursts like dawnblade. They are legs
