Glory gain in its current state is miserable and defeating. There's nothing worse than being the only positive k/da on your team and still losing Glory. Rumble Competitive would be a marvelous fix, thus promoting an individually-assessed Glory gain. Top three gain Glory, bottom three lose Glory.
