Dire Promise VS Spare Rations
They feel crazy similar honestly. What you guys think?

The major difference between the two are the perks. Dire cannot have Rapid Hit, Slideshot or Moving Target. Spare is the better PvP handcannon due to having a much stronger perk pool to draw from.
