Ritual Sword/s
ok so full disclaimer THIS IS A BRAIN FART, and just something that popped into my head. that and we need more swords
so my idea for a ritual sword is as follows

2nd slot: balanced guard

Relentless strikes
flash counter
2nd row of perks
whirlwind blade
