I think that the Monte Carlo or any demolitionist perks are all of a sudden not working right or a silent nerf recently. Not getting grenade or melee back as fast🤔 Bungie at it again!

That is honestly believable. The game is so glitchy right now. Though my findings on Demolitionist here have been a thing since last season. If you were to use Breach Refractor for primary weapons with Anti-Barrier Rounds and the perk on them last season, they would have had about the same grenade regen potency as special weapons with Demolitionist. I believe this can be achieved this season too with the current artifact.

They were working demonstrably until just last update or 2 at the most. Worked on the Hunter last week and not on my warlock or Titan as before. They are built in weapon perks, not armor. Should work under any and all builds or situations I would think🤔
