Received item, but never appeared in inventory or postmaster. Shows in collections
I picked this up, either from an dropped engram or an escalation protocol chest. I saw it appear on the right side of my screen. I checked my inventory and the postmaster, but it was not there. I then checked my collections and saw it. How do I recover the item?
