Destiny 2 was working perfectly on my ps4 and on pc as I was playing it through Battlle.net. I deleted the game on Battle.net and got the Steam version because I had to. As I tried to start it the game showed me the error mentioned in the title. After that I tried to restart the game and my computer but nothing helped. The errror told me to start some kind of test from steam but that didn´t help either. So I deleted the whole game and reinstalled it. That didn´t change anything. So my search for a solution continued. I was looking for every article I could find on the internet and I tried everything that helped someone but NOTHING helped me with that stupid problem. So I was reading and trying and reading and trying until I found an article from you. It was an bungie official article and it told me to try the cross-save again. As desperate as I was I just did that even though I thought that there is no extra option to retry that without waiting 3 monts. And as I thought I have to wait this stupid period of time. Now I´m really frustrated. Maybe you ask yourself why? I will tell you. You sell that stupid solution as a viable solution to your playerbase and want them to wait 3 months for something that is clearly your fault. Are you kidding me?... But that´s not enough. We don´t even have a possibility to reach out to you directly. No, we have to post something on this forum and wait... How long? Nobody knows. I already posted something in german a few days ago but nothing is happening. This is just ridiculous. I payed over 200€ for your game on Ps4 and Pc and I demand a solution for that problem. I don´t know what to do other than posting another message on this forum so you do something. I don´t want to wait 3 months. Even if I wait I don´t know if it will work afterwards or not. And it looks like I´m not the only person with that problem.
