Should i be Able to make the Shader
I feel as though i earned the Shader and should be able to make it because i had done the flawless ticket
I have tried to dismantle a piece that had the shader on it i did not receive the Shader
its my favorite shader and its killing me that i cant get it anymore.
i just want to be pretty.

I had similar problem back when they introduced Shader -collection. I really liked to use specific shader and it was only available from [armory]Bright Engram[/armory]s, and it wasn't added to collection as I had used up all those shaders on my equipment, and sadly dismantling piece with it.. didn't return said shader to me. As it was from [armory]Bright Engram[/armory], I was lucky to get another copy, which unlocked it on collection, but sadly shaders such as [armory]Honors of the Nine[/armory] or other similar shaders that aren't available anymore are a bit different case.
