BANG!POW!ZAP!!! antiguos
Post title speaks for itself. And no I'm not expecting comment from anyone at bungie besides the usual paid shills or bungie staff that try to interject with they normal defenses. Reason why I believe that: no REAL gamer would defend this trash model of microtransactions. Anyone that supports or "loves" paying for loot in a shooter looter game are either following a script or are really that stupid. I do agree that Bright dust bounties are few and should drop more dust but the fact remains that all live service games need to make money to survive. I don't see why you are so outraged over the eververse...it's purely cosmetic, save up your Bright dust and buy a few things here n there...but don't expect to get all the seasonal eververse items for free.

Not for the studio genius, but it does for the people that work on it. Or do you think they work on all those cosmetics and emotes for free?

  • Idk what fool would tie MTX to any part of the electric bill. You're really just spouting that without reason Then you shift to people not being paid for their work for some reason. And as it stands, It probably only funds itself and future creation from stuff for it. Eververse funds Eververse content. Once in a blue moon you get moments like Whisper ornaments funding Outbreak perfected. It's unrealistic to assume Bungie is so financially unstable that EV is what keeps the studio making any update to the game at all. (And keeps the lights up for the Live Team)

  • Wow. You are something else. No Eververse does not pay to keeps lights on in the Bungie studio and Yes funds Eververse brings in go to fund more items for Eververse to sell. But if you think that the Eververse team doesn't get a cut of the Eververse income as part of their paycheck as well you are kinda dense to how Microtransaction stores work.

  • I'm not talking about people's paychecks. I don't know why you're talking about something I'm not. Now you're throwing a conditional at me that's based in nothing as I've said nothing in relation to it.

  •
They have to make money in order to continue to produce content. 700 employees don't work for free
This is a legit question. How can you not see the problem here on why some are upset more than others if you have been gaming for a while? Think about this for a moment, all companies need to make money, but not all companies use things like Everevrse as a filler because they refuse to update their game like adding new gear to Shaxx that hasn't had new gear in over 2 years now. On top of it jack up the cost to purchase items and remove a lot of options we use to have with bright dust collecting it. Then there are things like this event that the event engram was removed and barely any new items for the event. You say save up on the bright dust but for what reason, collect our 1000th duplicate ghost shell?
