I also claimed some stuff recently and it claimed to be in kiosks I never heard of. Like with you, I already tried postmaster and Collections. Doing some more research and will post if again I figure it out.

Go to your collections and go to general in flair they should be there I just checked and have them though it's weird it doesn't show them as new but system is dumb I guess lol hope this helps.

If it specifies pickup at a kiosk, it's for Destiny 1, not Destiny 2. AFAIK Bungie hasn't released any D2 keycode unlockables at this time, at least as far as my searching has gone.
