Short Question to Bungie (Network/Bug/My Issue)

Greetings fellow Forum People, I have a Short Question about is this a Bug or did I something wrong here. Situation Log: This Morning (5 AM) I Played on Nessus just a little Planet exploring. Then I got 4x Network Error straight got back to the Menu Screen (Press Start) I think it was my Internet connection that Failed or maybe there was another problem. After the 4th connection, it worked quite good. Run to Spider so see what he has to offer. 5 Min. Later I got a Connection Failure again, after pressing start there was a: you're Account was Blocked. Pls visit Bungie.net/Ban/de for more Information So here my question why, if I have to get a New Acc. to fix this I want to know was it because of the Network Failure or something else? Is there a way to get it Fixed? With best Regards Lefter
