When I saw the "Fireteam Fire Up" emote for sale in eververse this week I nearly jumped in excitement, but I had only 2k bright dust, So I went to farming bright dust, I've done every weekly bounty that awards Bright dust, and probably almost a hundred random bounties, at the very least 40 of them, and I've just now broke 3.5k bright dust... If you can't tell, that's absolutely absurd, while it can be seen as just a minor gripe of mine, I really liked collecting all the eververse items when they rolled around, but if this new system is based on giving random bounties that ONLY GIVE 10 bright dust, that's ridiculous, Getting a single level up used to give around 100 bright dust if you had 'meh' luck, and sometimes 500 if you got an exotic! And thats from a single engram, we also used to be able to delete other things that you had stored up for bright dust, if there was nothing interesting that week, now we can't even get by *while* grinding almost the whole week, not just playing casually Since Eververse gear no longer gives bright dust, leveling up 4 times for an engram for people that have mostly everything is now completely pointless My ideas for fixing it An easy fix is doubling the amount of bright dust per bounty (Including the weekly bounties) The Engrams from the season pass could also statically give several hundred bright dust as a reward for leveling up (I'm not at max level so I wouldn't know if you can get more engrams or not, but If you can't get anymore once it's complete, then maybe every 500k xp after that, you get a couple hundred bright dust or something, idk) Another Idea is having activities in general give bright dust on completion (And actually a good amount, not like two bright dust per crucible match or something silly) probably atleast 10 or 20 per match, and then it scales to things like Strikes and Gambit Prime, maybe even make Raid encounters give a hundred or so, or Legend+ Nightfalls give several hundred Obviously these are just ideas, but bright dust still needs changing either way
