Once you hit 900, you'll get access to all the weekly challenges. Complete anything that rewards Powerful Gear or Pinnacle Gear to bump you up.

Thanks again for the help. Can confirm through experience now that is indeed the case, but man it takes forever to go up through just a few levels... they weren't lying when they said there would be lots of grind!
