I've been having many of the same thoughts about armour 2.0, thinking to myself, "nahhh....I must be missing something." But there it is. Running the Campaign/nightmare hunts levelling up to 950 with no-perks blue armour has been....dumb. And a lot less fun then it should have been. Seriously, what a stupid infusion system. By the time you are fully levelled and therefore able to masterwork your gear and apply mods without feeling like you are wasting precious resources, there is nothing really left to do (that you have not done 100 times already). Even then, you armour is worse then it was pre Shadow Nerf ( I mean Keep).
