951 Loot without 950 PWLVL
So just completed the Vex part collection for Ikora and turning in the powerful I got a 951 loot(Chest Piece). Both my hunter and my titan is in 950 but my warlock is left behind a little. Even equipping all the highest PWLVL I just only 947.

don’t know if you are asking something or not, but Ikora gives Tier 3 loot (almost pinnacle gear)... maybe normal to get 951 from it.... as power (light level) it used to be a mix of all your max level gear on all inventory slots
