Characters not transferring because Steam forced me to a new create character
My characters did not transfer to Steam with the license move and upon logging into the game I was prompted to create a new character. I have 3 characters from before the move and now I have one new character on steam and none of my old characters are moving over.
I spent about an hour trying to look for customer support contact info, but the forums are the best I've got.
